About the position

The incumbent will provide guidance and facilitate various Finance function and services. He/She will perform transactional finance activities which includes:

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform transactional finance activities
  • Procure to Pay (Authorizations, PO, AP, Invoice, PH tax, Payment, Analysis)
  • Order to Cash (Revenue, Billing, Collection, Analysis)
  • Record to Report (Closing, Reporting, Audit)
  • Manage interim and annual internal and external audits
  • Perform budgeting and forecasting and variance analysis
  • Prepare statutory reports
  • Carry-out process reviews, implementation and migration
  • Support change management to align business and finance strategy with end-user expectations
  • Conduct root cause analysis, resolution, continuous improvement
  • Formalize documentation of desktop procedures and accounting policies
  • Perform reporting (numerical and write-ups), report design (standard reporting dashboards), and KPI set-up, measuring, and reporting skills
  • Initiate and implement process improvements


  • Must be Certified Public Accountant, MBA a plus but not required


  • Minimum of 10 years overall Finance experience
  • Minimum 6 years’ in Shared Services or similar setups
  • 2 years’ leading and managing teams/project in a fast-paced and volume-driven work environment, and exposure in servicing offshore entities.

  • Demonstrates pro-activeness, initiative, independence, collaboration, conflict resolution and stress management
  • A great team-player who motivates and leads his team to achieve the team’s and Finance’s overall goals
  • Very good verbal and written English and Filipino communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint) and ERP (SAP, Oracle, Navision, etc.) knowledge
