About the position

To ensure maximization of asset performance through continuous monitoring and communicating with field technicians to understand and influence their actions to achieve high asset availability.
The incumbent will generate, as well as report asset performance to management as and when required. Perform data analytics to identify technical problems in assets ahead of time and communicate the same to OEM’s

Key responsibilities

  • 24x7 monitoring of asset performance and create notifications to field on turbines issues
  • Communicate with OEM’s/contractors site representatives related to asset performance
  • Record and maintain asset performance logbook
  • Generate reports showing asset performance on daily, monthly, periodic basis
  • Perform data analysis to optimize asset performance
  • Co-ordinate with Outside India operations team for performance improvements


  • Bachelor’s in engineering in Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical


  • 2 to 4 years of experience in relevant field, especially in renewable energy sector
  • Experience in working remote monitoring center is added advantage


  • Knowledge of MS office, analytical tools
  • Knowledge Technical report writing,
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to speak and understand multiple languages
  • Team player, keen to contribute ideas, share knowledge


  • Job involves shift work, including night shifts
